What she does
She works where a decision commits an organisation for the long term: governance of artificial intelligence, digital dependencies and sovereignty, and the technological balance of power between Europe, China and the United States. She advises leaders, speaks at conferences and panels, and publishes analyses in her Journal.
Decision Architecture™
She developed Decision Architecture™, a discipline of discernment that works on what comes before a decision: how a leader sees, and how a team arbitrates. Her next book, « Voir juste pour décider juste », lays its foundations.

For nearly 20 years, she has supported transformation programmes and complex decisions in the public sector, telecoms, energy, finance, pharma and insurance. Her career began in business intelligence and decision engineering.
Clients include the Administration Cantonale Vaudoise, Sibelga, VOO Telecom, Natixis, BNP Paribas Personal Finance, GSK Vaccines, Delta Lloyd Life and Mutualité Mare Gaillard.
From 2015 to 2026, she ran Madizy Management, a strategy and management consulting and training firm, before dedicating her work to AI governance and Decision Architecture™.
