What she does
She works where a decision commits an organisation for the long term: governance of artificial intelligence, digital dependencies and sovereignty, and the technological balance of power between Europe, China and the United States. She advises leaders, speaks at conferences and panels, and publishes analyses in her Journal.
Decision Architecture™
She developed Decision Architecture™, a discipline of discernment that works on what comes before a decision: how a leader sees, and how a team arbitrates. Her next book, « Voir juste pour décider juste », lays its foundations.

For nearly 20 years, she has supported transformations and complex decisions in the public sector, energy, telecommunications, finance, pharma and insurance. Her career, spanning consulting, programme leadership and business intelligence, has led her to work with public bodies and large groups in Switzerland and across Europe.
Her education extends that practice. Two master's degrees: one in business intelligence and decision engineering, the other in management and business administration. Then MIT Professional Education programmes, on disruptive technologies and transformational leadership. And an immersion at Peking University.
She also draws on programme and project governance frameworks, HERMES for Swiss public administrations, PRINCE2 Agile and PMI-PMP elsewhere: a shared grammar with organisations, never a method imposed on them.
She designs her engagements as spaces where a leadership team thinks aloud, confronts its disagreements and makes its own calls. That is where discernment is built.
